Business expansion, headquarters based at Penang Island. A few vacancies for Shop Leader / Assistant Shop Leader are open for interview, the work station shall based at the following shopping malls:

1. Sunway Carnival Shopping Mall, Seberang Jaya Penang.
2. Aman Central Mall, Alor Setar Kedah.
3. The Spring Shopping Mall, Kuching Sarawak.

Responsibilities:

As a Shop Leader / Assistant Shop Leader, your role involves:

1. Leading the Team: Motivate and lead Retail Assistants to provide great customer service and meet sales targets.
2. Product Knowledge: Ensure the team knows our products well and can explain them to customers.
3. Store Presentation: Keep the store looking attractive and inviting.
4. Security: Prevent theft and report risks.
5. Inventory Management: Keep sales and inventory records accurate.
6. Customer Service: Be a role model for excellent service.
7. Sales Strategy: Adjust sales and displays based on competition.
8. Communication: Share store performance and customer behavior data with HQ.
9. Training: Daily briefings and updates for the team.
10. Store Cleanliness: Keep the store clean and organized.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you need:

1. Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role.
2. Leadership: Ability to lead and take initiative.
3. Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with POS systems.
4. Organization: Strong coordination and administrative skills.
5. Customer Focus: A strong desire to help customers.
6. Flexible Hours: Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
