JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent must possess a degree preferred in the technical background with at least five(5) to seven(7) years of related experience in manufacturing capacity. Applicants within food manufacturing are desired/preferred.

1. Lead the production team to meet key performance indicators, mainly productivity, cost, quality, and on-time delivery

• Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day operations
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
• Constantly walk the factory floor to make sure all employees are performing their assigned tasks
• Increase production, assets capability, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
• Implementing machine maintenance operating procedures
• Monitor and control the waste of raw and packing materials

2. To meet sales volume and customer satisfaction

• Analyze sales trends of each product, specifically local sales, and work together with the sales team to meet customer’s expectations and demands
• Monitor the supply and demands of each product, especially during peak seasons, and plan production schedule to meet sales volume
• Handle customer complaints and take corrective actions to address customer’s concerns

3. Managing quality program

• Creating and enforcing quality control standards, and ensuring factory teamwork to establish standards
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and working together with the QA/QC team to improve quality
• Ensure compliance with MESTI and HALAL regulation

4. Work Environment, safety, and health

• Commit to plan safety procedures
• Establish and enforce organization safety and health standards
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations
• Ensure all GMP, HALAL, BOMBA & JKKP requirements are strictly adhered
