1) Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, (Example: window, door, wall repair, tightening screws/bolts & etc).
2) Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures.
3) Working on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs.
4) Keeping accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
5) Provide documents & assist in external & internal audit.
6) Attend to on call when necessary, in order to reduce downtime.
7) Schedule & support preventive maintenance activities.
8) Complete all tasks assigned by HOD.
