Job Description:

• Must possess good knowledge in renovation material, design, construction work, M&E specification, and Poster design.
• To develop retail shop Concept & Visual Merchandise Concept & Prepare full set drawings, i.e. prepare layout plans, sketches, 3D visualizations, and 2D construction drawings.
• Good space planning, good design flair, and knowledge of projects.
• Attend meetings and understand their needs and translate them into workable concepts & design.
• Able to manage multiple projects at the same time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Interior Design / Interior Architecture.
• Min 3-5 years of relevant experience with Retail Outlet Interior design and able to do graphic design.
• Required Skill(s): Equipped with good AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max (V-ray), SketchUp, Adobe PhotoShop & Illustrator software skills.
• Creative, independent, good sense of responsibility, and willing to work long hours when required.
• Able to work under stress and tight deadlines, willing to learn and take up new challenges.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English & Mandarin.
• Able to work with people at all levels.
