Job Responsibilities

  • Analyzes, design, develops, tests, integrates and enhances programs/modules in order to streamline the business workflow to improve ERP experience.
  • Support in external application/system related to Industrial 4.0 or Digital Transformation Project by giving feasible solutions and technical knowledge.
  • Handle IT Projects related to ERP System and IT related topics to ensure projects completed within the scheduled timeline.
  • Prepare comprehensive systems documentation for processes and IT configurations.
  • Ensure data security, integrity and consistency adherence to system processes standards with proper procedures.
  • Provides training/technical support to users on matters related to the ERP system and other IT related topics.

Job Requirements

  • Maintains effective and cooperative working relationships with process owners, vendors, consultant, team members and users.
  • Liaises with different departments to understand and support their needs and challenges.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.
  • Willing to travel to HQ Office when it is required.
