TECHNICAL CLERK (KUCHING, SARAWAK) - #10511207

Job Function and Areas of Responsibilities for Tech Support:

• To work very closely with the Branch Manager and Technical Executive on overseeing the overall technical operations, right from the beginning of the lease until the end of the lease of all the cars in the state
• To ensure that all our ASC conduct servicing and repairs on Spanco fleet of vehicles in accordance with the Manufacturer's specification requirement and/or Spanco SOP
• To provide courteous & efficient services to all our Users on need basics
• Attending to enquiries and feedback from Users and ASC
• To report to Manager on all complaints or negative feedback from Users and ASC
• To follow up on all WIP (Work in progress) by ASC and ensure all repaired follow the SLA
• To ensure all breakdown request are followed up until it is fully repaired (vehicle is repaired or it has arrived at our ASC)
• To ensure all vehicles sent in for repairs and maintenance are completed on time - follow SLA
• To work closely with Branch Manager and Technical Exec to ensure all return cars are properly inspected
• Monitoring the used cars at yard and ensure the yard is well-kept and well-guarded at all times
• To ensure cars deliver to our customers are in good condition and take the opportunity to explain to our customers on our fleet vehicle dos & don'ts usage
• Assisting in briefing and practical session as necessary
• Follow up pending issues related to audit findings
• Attend relevant training including product related or soft skills to continue gain relevant technical knowledge and skills
• Assist and support any other duties as instructed by the Superior

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Automotive
• Minimum 1 year working experience in automotive industry
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office
• Fast learner and self-reliant
• Trustworthy and have high sense of responsibility
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Able to working under pressure
