We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Retail Store Manager as part of our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization
• Achieve sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals. Analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for growth
• Adopt an open attitude and apply a situational management
• Developing your team to ensure knowledge of all product and display guidelines, sales techniques, and store policies
• Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met by the store staff. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving any issues that may arise. Creating a positive shopping experience for customers and building customer loyalty
• Interview, recruit staffs & motivate your team to perform to the best of their ability
• Plan a well-organized store roster according to daily traffic and sales trend, optimizing the team resources
• Organize daily team briefing and monthly meeting
• Implement a structured and consistent coaching process monthly, through qualitative and quantitative observations. Provide constructive feedback to staff and foster a positive and fun work environment to maximize employee and store performance
• Check and make sure all new joiners are well-trained and integrated into the environment
• Initiate & supervise the development plan of your team and conduct performance appraisal with the Store team
• Ensure that the store is in good condition and presentable at all times i.e. shelves and fixtures are clean, display products are present in good condition
• Overseeing product placement and visual displays to optimize sales and create an appealing shopping environment as per company policy
• Knowledge of inventory management practices
• Check and control daily duties and responsibilities to ensure all directives are implemented and well executed at the store
• Improve upon existing work procedures and operations, ensure that the correct paper works handling are adhered to
• Handle conflicts or disciplinary issues of retail staff in accordance with company policies
• To complete daily and weekly paperwork to Management in timely and accuracy manner
• Other adhoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Min 3 years of working experience in the retail environment and management
• Self motivated and positive attitude
• Energetic, pleasant personality with a passion for customer service
• Excellent people management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to lead and manage well in a dynamic and multi-task oriented retail environment
• Confident,resourceful with a willingness to work alongside with rest of the staff especially on the sales floor
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strategizing and planning skills
• Feedback skills
• Able to commit to retail hours and willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays
• Proficient in MS Office
