Job Roles
* Help MaxToys to maximize profit by handling price and terms negotiation and costing evaluation for order processing.
* Proactive lead and organize the daily execution of merchandising activities from sample, quotation to shipment.
* Follow-up orders with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
* Assist in the product development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and budget requirements.
* Constantly sourcing for new products for customers from China.

* Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin
* Strong business sense and organizing power, good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills
* Mature, energetic, detail-oriented and crucial in good team spirit.
* Well-organized, self-motivated, flexible and able to work independently
* Capable to deal with overseas buyer/ factory independently
* Proven project management and problem-solving skills.

Experience from working with TOY companies is an advantage.

You must know Excel, Power Point and other office programs.

You will be working from home on daily basis, but also available to travel to visit fairs in Asia as well at to work in shorter periods with colleagues in Denmark.
