Responsibilities:

• Engage children in stimulating and individualized teaching and learning sessions.
• Develop engaging lesson plans and curriculum materials tailored to each child's needs.
• Collaborate with the team to track learning progress and create detailed reports.
• Organize and participate in fun and educational events and activities to promote development.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (internship experience a plus).
• Passion for working with children with developmental needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Creativity and resourcefulness in developing engaging learning experiences.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
