KWANG TAI BRANCH: KWANG TAI PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Responsibilities

• To follow the complaints procedures and to receive, log and attempt to resolve complaints received from customers with a view to the continuous improvement of our services
• To liase with contractor, maintenance team and transportation team.
• Perform daily office general clerical duties.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements

• Possess Diploma or higher academic qualifications.
• Good in communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Possess own transportation.
• Working location: Kuching, Sarawak.
