Job Scope

In charge of and supervise all management operations and administrative work of the Management Corporation (MC) for the Residential Property including but not limited to: -

• Building Operations
• Budget Management and Financial Reporting
• Tenant Relations and Communications
• Emergency Response and Contingency Planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in property management
• Overall experience in overseeing daily operation, management, and administration of residential properties.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate laws and legislation on property management
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and property management software
• Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Good written & spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
