Senior Accounts Receivable / Credit Controller - #10513346

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the accounts receivable / collection function.
• Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers and the sales team to ensure timely collection.
• Review and analyse credit applications and make credit decisions based on established criteria.
• Establish and maintain credit limits for customers.
• Work closely with the sales team to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Prepare reports on accounts receivable aging and collection activities for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff in the accounts receivable / credit control function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable and credit control, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and credit risk assessment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Comfortable working in Alcohol Industry
