Under its massive expansion program, we are now seeking a diligent and professional HR Manager to be based at the Alor Setar, Kedah, with an opportunity to develop a professional future career growth in the Group.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource Management functions, including Recruitment & Employee Records, Training & Development and Performance Management.
- On-boarding and off-boarding processes.
- Training – analysis and implementation.
- Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management, including industrial relations.
Skills:
- Knowledge of industrial relations laws in Malaysia.
- Strong execution and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems, exercising good judgement.
- Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent screening and placement skills.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resource management/hospitality/legal/finance/business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in an HR leadership role within a structured corporate environment.
- Knowledge in HR policies and procedures.
- Computer literate.
- Good command of both spoken & written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess a good work ethic with a positive attitude and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively as part of a high-performing team.
