EXECUTIVE – FINANCE & ACCOUNTS (AMANAHRAYA-KENEDIX REIT MANAGER SDN. BHD.)

POSITION SUMMARY

To maintain full and systematic records of business transactions and to ensure a manageable of payment and collection within a period.

RESPONSIBILITIES

General Accounting

  • Handle full set of accounts (ARREIT & AKRM) including AR/AP/GL and assist in mont-end and year-end closing.
  • To maintain the correct and update accounting data in the GL accounting system to produce the report in timely manner.
  • To assist in preparation a monthly, quarterly and yearly financial report.
  • To assist and produce other financial report as required from time to time.
  • To ensure timely rental & banks reconciliation and maintain them accurately in an accounting system.
  • Ensure that all liabilities are accrued in the books on a timely and organized basis.
  • To maintain credit control action to recover outstanding invoices.
  • To update aging report in weekly basis to Human of Department and produce a monthly aging report.
  • Prepare annual budget with inputs from various department.
  • To assist in all tax related matter.
  • Maintenance for Fixed Asset Register and perform monthly depreciation amortization.
  • Ensuring reconciliation are maintained daily, monthly and yearly.

Other Responsibilities

  • To assist in interim and final audit process
  • Ensure proper filling document.
  • Participate in process improvement and standardization initiatives.
  • To undertake ad hoc duties assigned by the Senior Executive and Head of Department from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance or equivalent from a recognized university / collage and at least 2-3 years’ experience in handling full set of account and relevant AP and AR experience.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE

  • Proficient in MS Office and Accounting Software
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill. Able to work independently yet a great team player.
