Qualifications & experience

• Possess a minimum qualification Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any field.
• Having more than 1 years of sales experience or background will be top priority.
• Is passionate to build own business and possess the entrepreneurship mind set. Has an excellent communication skill + proactive engagement with customers. Is an ambitious and innovative person. Most importantly is open to learn new things.
• Must have own transportation

Tasks & responsibilities

• Provide professional consultation or advice to clients on financial planning.
• Analyze potential market and closing sales.
• Prepare solution such as financial proposal or plan according to client’s financial analysis or financial needs.
• Provide excellent after sales services and maintain good relationship with clients.
• To synergize and build own team.
• Provide coaching, motivation and constantly communicate with team members in order to achieve sales target
