• Reports directly to the Senior Supervisor and Engineer.
• Involved directly in the construction of a new process plant, expansion and upgrading work, improving all the equipment in the process systems and maintaining all the equipment that it meets the production requirements base on the specifications design.
• Supervise employee to help and ensure plant efficiency and productivity.
• Daily scheduling work for the manpower.
• Lead morning roll call and briefing previous tasks and update urgent schedule to the Senior Supervisor and Engineer.
• Ensure all staff obliged to SOP’s in performing maintenance works.
• Read, understand, interpret and follow method statements and procedures accordance to specifications, drawings/blueprints and all other discipline related operation and engineering documentation.
• Supervise schedule and un-schedule repair of equipment and assured the completion of each activities.
• Analyse and forecasts incoming problem of equipment and give recommendation for corrective measure to minimize downtime.
• Train new staffs on the job once they’ve completed initial training with the Engineer.
• Responsible for the coordinating, monitoring equipment in plant with operation supervisor to ensure plant availability.
• Monitoring execution of maintenance work, revamping, refurbish, repainting and continues improvement for all the equipment in plant.
• Maintains all the pump, piping, valve accordance to standard condition required.
