QUANTITY SURVEYOR / QUANTITY ENGINEER - #10520893

1. Meeting clients to determine their needs and discuss any areas that need revising for price or feasibility
2. Calculating material quantities and costs, labor costs and achievable project timeframe.
3. Negotiating labor contracts and schedules.
4. Advising clients and crew on legal matters and disputes.
5. monitoring subcontractors, safety practices, construction progress and materials needs, including any changes which may impact costs.
6. Preparing labor and supplier accounts for payment.
7. Preparing reports detailing costs and progress
8. Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
9. Any other duties as assigned by Superior(S).
