As an Principal T&CM Practitioner, your duties and responsibilities shall be as follows:
• Perform Chinese medical treatment work for patients in outpatients and wards.
• Implement Chinese medical procedures, give medical advice and optimized herbal prescriptions for patients.
• Develop a treatment plan for each patient and evaluate the effects of each stage.
• Use professional methods to improve the physical and mental condition of patient.
• Advising and coaching the T&CM junior staff, in terms of both clinical skills and knowledge
• Coordinating and supporting the Hospital’s activities
• Reviewing the T&CM medical records on a regular basis to ensure proper case note entries and records
• Compiling relevant data and proposing to the Director on various improvement plans/action for T&CM Centre
