(a) Compliance with the Employer’s Occupational Safety and Health Policy and Employer’s Environment Policy;
(b) Implementation and management of the Contractor’s Safety, Health and Environment Management Plan;
(c) Implementation and management of the Contractor's Emergency Planning and Response Plan;
(d) Safety, Health and Environment training and audits;
(e) Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
