What You’ll Do

As Head of Office Leasing, you will be responsible for providing leadership to your team, overseeing all leasing activities and ensuring compliance with all processes. You will review Proposal Memos against budgetary constraints, rent matrices and legal guidelines. Your keen understanding of the office building market will enable you to form effective leasing strategies that maximise rental income and occupancy rates. Leading viewings and presentations for key clients, you will also spearhead complex lease negotiations. Your ability to foster positive relationships with existing tenants will be crucial in enhancing tenant satisfaction and retention. Furthermore, you will cultivate strong networks with real estate consultants, tenants and agents while maintaining high standards of integrity.

• Provide leadership to the office leasing team in executing leasing strategies
• Oversee leasing activities, lease documentation and process compliance
• Review all Proposal Memos against the budget, rent matrix and legal guidelines
• Keep abreast of office building market, competition, tenant demand and assess the impact of vacancies to form leasing strategies that maximise rental and occupancy of the buildings
• Lead viewings and presentations to senior management of key client/ corporate MNCs; spearhead complex lease negotiations
• Foster positive relationships with existing tenants; address their needs and proactively identify opportunities to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention
• Cultivate good relations and strong network with real estate consultants, tenants and agents
• Observe high standards of integrity and fair dealing in managing leasing operations

What You Bring

The ideal candidate for this Head of Office Leasing role brings a wealth of experience in managing teams within the leasing sector. With at least 10 years’ experience overall in office leasing and currently in a senior managerial capacity, you have a proven track record of achievements in office leasing. Your strong knowledge of the office building market, competition and tenant demand will be key to your success in this role. You are adept at leading viewings and presentations for key clients and corporate MNCs, and have a knack for fostering positive relationships with existing tenants. Your strong network within real estate consultants, tenants and agents will also be highly beneficial.

• Proven experience in managing teams with demonstrated achievements in office leasing
• At least 10 years’ experience in leasing and currently in a senior manager capacity
• Strong knowledge of the office building market, competition and tenant demand
