Ensure floor service is carried out in a manner that fulfil hospitality, promptness and satisfaction to all
customers
Ensure floor service and selling to customer is done in a manner that maximize company’s revenue
Ensure minimum to none mistakes from all front of house staffs under your supervisions
Ensure customer receive appropriate service recovery should the need arises
Ensure customers receive the correct billing and money changes if any
Ensure FOH staff are constantly motivated to work together as a team, and in sync with the overall
direction(s) and objective(s) of company at all times
Ensure that stock levels for items used for operation (packaging, serviettes, cleaning products etc) are
checked accurately and replenished promptly
Ensure accurate stock counting carried out
Ensure the cleanliness of restaurant and proper hygiene practices.
Ensure proper training is given to new staff under his/her supervision
Includes any other related responsibilities not listed above but has a result in the benefit of company as
a supervisor.
Ability to fulfill the role of a cashier or cashier supervisor if such task is delegated to you.
the ability to serve customer, take order, and all job scopes of a Front of House.
