POSITION SUMMARY:
A person that well know on TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT structure and analysis. Learning on Training Need Analysis and able to make procedure and analysis towards training needs.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
• Uploaded timely and the training enrollment activities of employees are managed in an efficient manner.
• Coordinate all training-related invoices and payments efficiently and effectively.
• Co-create new employees’ onboarding experience with superior to ensure positive onboarding and cultural assimilation experience for them. This includes managing the Staff e-Orientation Programme; designing and organizing engagement activities; facilitating core training sessions for them; and maintaining the new employee’s hub.
• Design and implement learning initiatives and challenges for employees to promote active learning and maximum usage of the e-learning platforms in order to maximize the value of the platforms amongst employees.
• Facilitate and deliver mandatory compliance training; training HR policies, procedures, and systems.
• Assist in conducting effective training needs analysis on a yearly and ongoing basis to determine the organization’s development needs.
• Maintain accurate training records and databases to produce relevant training reports as and when required.
• Support in facilitating culture excellence workshops and designing activities and other related initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
• A Degree/ Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology or other related discipline.
• 5 years of experience in learning and development (L&D).
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented and well organized. Able to work efficiently with minimum supervision.
• Impeccable attention to details.
• Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.
• High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people.
• Willingness to be available outside of core office hours when required.
• Willingness to relocate at HQ, Sungai Petani, Kedah.
