about the job

• Facilitating technical communication between clients and the project team.
• Collaborating with the Senior Technical Engineer to develop drawing packages tailored to customer quotations, encompassing view drawings, wiring diagrams, connection diagrams, and parts lists.
• Generating files for purchasing, production, and quality control, incorporating the drawing package, memos, and parts lists.
• Compiling material specifications for procurement (BOM).
• Verifying documentation against customer specifications.
• Serving as the technical liaison for quality control and production.

about the manager/team

• Background in Electrical Engineering (post-secondary vocational education with 5+ years of experience or university degree in applied science with 0-5 years of engineering experience)
• Proficiency in distribution panel design
• Experience in designing explosion-proof equipment is advantageous
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and SolidWorks or similar software is desirable
• Strong command of English (written and verbal); knowledge of Dutch is beneficial
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team
• Adaptable and flexible approach to work
• Strong technical acumen
• Based in Kuala Lumpur or surrounding area, as the role is located in our Kuala Lumpur office.
