The Role

We are looking for interns who are keen to focus on the branding discipline. As a brand designer intern, you will learn how to develop a brand from strategization, ideation, design development, and activation. At Gao Gao Group, we believe that the right people will do the right thing; we do not practice an overtime culture nor ask graphic designers to edit videos, write SEO content, devise marketing strategies, etc. Below are the day-to-day tasks:

• Assist existing brand designers in easing the workload: visual research, brand research, and visual development.
• Create visually balanced designs that tell a story with strong rationale.
• Assist in ideation and brainstorming sessions, offering a unique perspective from your own point of view.
• Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks.

• 能在指导下完成美感协调，传达对的信息的设计
• 与团队一起发散思想，提过多维度的想法。
• 协助一些范围单一的专案。

Responsibilities

⁠Enrolled in or recently completed a degree/diploma program in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Visual Effects, or a related field. (If you are not but have interest and a portfolio to showcase, we welcome you.)

Passionate about graphic design (especially branding; love crafting visually pleasing logos, visuals, and layouts).

A keen eye for design aesthetics.

⁠Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute designs.

Effective communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration with the team and other stakeholders.

A portfolio showcasing your artwork is highly recommended.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential (able to actively listen, be clear and concise in communication).

⁠Willingness to learn and take on new challenges and tasks.

Required language(s): English or Mandarin.

⁠Consistent and possess good time management skills.

Passionate about impact-driven brands, as our studio believes in good design for good.
