• Develop and execute strategies and plans for Real Estate Project Operations, ensuring alignment with objectives and smooth implementation.
• Coordinate various departments and units, such as design, construction, and supervision, to ensure project completion as per plan.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues promptly, and adjust as necessary to achieve project goals.
• Develop and implement resource management plans to optimize project resources effectively.
• Develop and implement risk management plans to maintain project safety and stability.
• Create and implement quality management plans to meet standards and customer expectations.
• Establish and execute cost management plans to keep project expenses within budget.

job requirement

• Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or higher in fields such as real estate management or engineering management.
• Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate project operation and management, preferably with successful project cases.
• Proficiency in the real estate project development process and relevant policies and regulations is essential.
• Additionally, candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, coordination ability, and teamwork.
