• To plan, monitor and control daily works at the project sites
• To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system
• To ensure that project operations and document control procedures are adhered to
• To plan, coordinate and monitor subcontractor’s activities at project sites
• To maintain good house-keeping and implement safety practices
• To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions and etc
• Meet regularly with the project managers, engineers, suppliers, and sub-contractors to understand the specific needs of each job and determine where assistance is needed in ensuring all details are obtained and no delay in project completion.
• Understand each work in depth and explain the relevant work scope to the workers involved and ensure it is executed accordingly.
• To carry out inspection and tests as per inspection and Test Plans and use all quality control according to the relevant standards, regulations, approved drawings, or technical data are given.
• To submit sample materials and calibrations certificates to relevant consultants for approval
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior
• Create filing for each project related to site works and ensure the relevant hardcopy documents pertaining to the projects i.e. schedule, drawings, workflow, etc, as per standard operating procedure are kept in it.
• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• To monitor all projects construction works to meet the schedule and procedures.
• To supervise and coordinate all works to ensure they are performed in accordance to the required standard and quality.
• To ensure that all products delivered to the site are handled and stored appropriately.
• To carry out joint inspection
• To attend to handing over process to client
• Maintain site diary to record daily activities at site and report to the superior.
• Able to work outstation
