Job Responsibility
  • Customer Inquiry Resolution: Addressing customer questions about funeral services, prices, products, service processes, etc. This may include inquiries via phone, email, online chat, or social media.
  • Appointment and Arrangement: Assisting customers in scheduling dates, times, and locations for funeral services and helping them complete related appointment procedures.
  • Quoting and Pricing: Providing customers with quotes and pricing information for funeral services, including prices for different service options.
  • Order Processing: Handling customer orders, ensuring accurate order information, and assisting customers with the payment process.
  • Complaint Handling: Managing customer complaints and issues, actively resolving disputes, and providing solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Information Provision: Providing customers with information about funeral services and related regulations to help them make informed decisions.
  • Assisting Families with Funeral Arrangements: Assisting customers in arranging funeral ceremonies and related details for those in need of funeral services.
  • Data Recording and Organization: Recording customer information, service requests, and communication records to track customer needs and service history.
  • Event Notifications: Sending event notifications, including event dates, times, locations, composing notification content, designing notification materials, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Payment Notifications: Notifying customers about payment matters, including fee amounts, payment deadlines, and payment methods. Tracking payments and answering any payment-related questions customers may have.
  • Certificate Collection Notifications: Sending notifications to customers regarding the collection of ashes or related certificates, including collection times and locations, providing necessary documents or information.
  • Reception of Customers: Welcoming customers seeking funeral services, providing friendly service, answering their questions, and providing necessary information.
  • Consultation and Advice: Offering customers advice and consultation on different funeral service options, prices, ceremonies, and related regulations.
