***Duties and Responsibilities :-
- Enters and prepares the room for cleaning.
- Makes bed.
- Replenishes guestroom and bath supplies.
- Cleans the bathroom.
- Checks and secures the rooms.
- Replenish amenities according to the operational standards.
- Perform rotation cleaning duties as required.
- Cleans guest bathroom/bed room/floor corridor.
- Responsible for replenishment of guest complimentory water.
- Responsible for the cleanliness and maintance of his work area.
- Responsible for the hotel property in the work area.
- Perform tenant move in and move out.
- Perform administrative work.
- Attend customers' inquiries / complaint.
- Assign tasks to contractor / maintenance team.
- Set up units for new tenant / guest.

- Masuk dan menyediakan bilik untuk dibersihkan.
- Mengemas katil.
- Mengisi semula bilik tetamu dan bekalan mandi.
- Membersihkan bilik air.
- Semak dan selamatkan bilik.
- Menambah kemudahan mengikut piawaian operasi.
- Laksanakan tugas pembersihan bergilir mengikut keperluan.
- Membersihkan bilik mandi/bilik tidur/koridor lantai tetamu.
- Bertanggungjawab untuk menambah air percuma tetamu.
- Bertanggungjawab terhadap kebersihan dan penyelenggaraan kawasan kerjanya.
- Bertanggungjawab ke atas harta hotel di kawasan kerja.
- Lakukan penyewa pindah masuk dan keluar.
- Melaksanakan kerja-kerja pentadbiran.
- Menghadiri pertanyaan / aduan pelanggan.
- Berikan tugas kepada kontraktor / pasukan penyelenggaraan.
- Sediakan unit untuk penyewa / tetamu baru.
