- Degree in Accounting, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or Business.
- 10+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- In-depth knowledge of the technology and network industry, including emerging technologies and regulatory requirements.
- Extensive experience in contract negotiation and legal/commercial terms within technogy and network-related agreements.
- Strong financial acumen for cost analysis and total cost of ownership evaluation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and alignment.
- Strategic thinking, continuous learning mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
