Description

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Operational Management:

• Work together with the Operation Manager in the planning of sales, purchase, manpower, shift schedule and all matters related to Outlet.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the karaoke outlet and all departments (Frontline, Housekeeping & Maintenance, Kitchen) based on Operation Manual Book.
• Ensure venue, facilities and equipment are well-maintained and in working order.
• Assist Management to create or develop new standard procedures to the company.
• Prepare Monthly report and present it to Top Management.

2. Staff Supervision, Training and Team KPI Target:

• Work closely with the Human Resources personnel to train, develop, hire, retain and terminate non-performing team member.
• Schedule and supervise staff to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff performance and product knowledge.
• Work closely with all Department Supervisors to achieve Team KPI Target on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually target.

3. Revenue and Profit Target:

• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for growth.

4. Inventory Management:

• Oversee inventory control, ensuring proper stock levels of consumables and supplies.
• Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.

5. Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Implement and enforce security protocols to safeguard customers and staff.

6. Event Coordination:

• Work closely with the Sales & Marketing personnel to plan and implement new ideas, menu specification and special events to ensure success.
• Assist in planning and coordinating special events and promotions with Sales and Marketing personnel together with Frontline, Housekeeping & Maintenance and Kitchen Department.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to drive foot traffic and increase business visibility.

7. Audit Inspection:

• Doing daily, weekly and monthly audit and completed all reports needed by the Management for CrazyMic outlet.
• Responsible for protecting the Outlet’s assets from misuse, loss, damage or theft.

8. Accurate Communication:

• Ensure all information from Management is passed on to the team members accurately.
9. Administration:
• Ensure the policies and procedures stated in the Operation Manual Book are enforced.
• Keep track of the expiry date of licenses and ensure all licenses are renewed such as Trade License, Entertainment License and etc.

10. Finance, Budget and Procurement:

• Responsible to monitor income, budget and control cost of the Outlet to achieve sales target and minimize expenditures.
• Plan and manage the expenditure and budget setting each year.
• Preparing Company’s Outlet sales reports and business plan to be presented to the Top Management on a quarterly basis.
• Ensure daily sales collection bank-in to the Company’s bank account and reported to Sales Group chat.
• Ensure sufficient stock levels and stock control at all times.
• Provide analysis on stock and sales, highlighting and acting on any anomalies.
• Keeping financial records of purchases and sales.
• Research at least three (3) quotations and out-sourcing supplier and contractor
• Ensure to records all invoice transactions into DynaMod System.

11. Succession Planning:
• Able to identify a suitable candidate and train to takeover as potential Outlet Manager.

12. Any adhoc tasks required by Direct Superior.
