Tasks & responsibilities

  • Perform a comprehensive and full spectrum of administrative support for mobilization and demobilization.
  • Liaise with clients on documentation submission for offshore projects
  • Assist in travel arrangements such as preparing itineraries, booking of flights, visa & hotel reservations
  • Assisting the compilation, and validation of travel expenses and claims submitted by travel agencies and sub-contractors
  • Schedule, plan, and liaise logistical details for training and medical appointments.
  • Assist with calendar management, courier handling, scanning & photocopying
  • Prepare correspondence, Minutes of meetings, Memo, RFI, and transmittal and responsible for their distribution to department / Client & filing


  • Discipline and meticulous
  • Willing to commit odd hours occasionally
  • Willing to travel to Singapore for meetings and discussions weekly
  • 1 year of administrative experience
