Description

Job responsibilities:
- Keep updating product FAQs to continuously improve customer satisfaction
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Work closely with the department by providing support to the team.
- Complete basic administrative, operation tasks and executive support related tasks.
- Provide administrative support; Including (but not limited to) diary and calendar coordination, coordination of system related issues, advising clients of job status updates, requesting additional information from clients etc.

Key Qualifications:
- Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in Mandarin & English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Good working knowledge of corporate administration practices
- Good attendance and time keeping
- Good time management skills
- 5.5 days work in a week
