Description

To handle incoming calls, emails and other enquiry channels like Facebook (FB).
Follow up and resolve customers’ complaints in a professional manner to ensure customers’ satisfaction.
Work closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve quality results and productivity.
To channel and escalate any unresolved issues/complaints to other stakeholders or next level within the agreed procedure.
Participate in ad hoc projects as and when required.
Any other duties assigned by the team leader.

Job Requirement
Min STPM & Professional Certificate / Diploma in any field.
Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent is a plus.
Good verbal and written communication skills and listening skills with ability to interact with all levels of personnel (i.e. internal & external customers) effectively.
Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
Possess problem-solving skills
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
5 working days per week including rotation on Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and Public Holiday
2 Off Days not fixed on Weekend (Shifts schedule change on monthly basis)
