SENIOR SITE ENGINEER - SG PETANI KEDAH - #10495324

Responsibilities
• Prepare all project report and maintain high standard of project documentation
• Coordinate, manage, supervise and able to plan all construction works at site with reference to work program and contingency plan
• Coordinate and monitor delivery of materials and sub-contractor's works to be implementation smoothly
• Dissolving all technical matters, proper record of correspondence and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan and etc.
• Preparation of method of statements, temporary works design and re-engineering
• Maintain workers discipline and safety at site
• Liaising with local authorities, sub-contractors, suppliers to ensure the works are carried out as per the project's requirement
• Monitoring and ensuring the project is progressing positively in aspect of cash flow, cost, quality and time
• Prepare QAQC, quality audit, weekly and monthly report
• Prepare and ensure all documents related to inspection comply
• Accomplish additional task given by Project Manager

Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil & building construction
• Preferable for those experience in Water Structure Construction, Data Centre and Hospital is advantages
• Highly dedicated, good interpersonal/communication skill, responsible and team-focused
• Work efficiency and independence
• Able to start work immediately is advantages
