POSITION SUMMARY:

Work closely to monitor and preparing internal audit for companies. Precisely conduct compliance and make sure the internal audit section follows the right regulations of government rules and private sector. Preparing the action to overcome weaknesses in current process and provide the right action.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:

1. Responsible to conduct compliance, operations and risk management audits, and other assignments as instructed by the Superior.
2. Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls, and ensure the compliance with the relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
3. Identify weaknesses in current practice, and process and provide recommendations for improvement to enhance operation efficiency.
4. Prepare clear and concise narrative audit reports summarizing audit findings for Superior’s review.
5. Assist in preparing internal audit programmes and action to take.
6. Prepare previous and current report for internal audit scope.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, ACCA, CIMA or relevant.
2. At least 2 years above experience in external and internal audits.
3. Able to conduct audit work independently and with minimum supervision.
4. Good communication skill and presentation skill.
5. Matured and good interpersonal skill to influence.
6. Details oriented person.
7. Discipline on attitude and quality of work.
8. Willing to relocate at Sungai Petani, Kedah.
