Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Candidate must possess at least 3 years of working experience in the field of MANUFACTURING environment with related basically technical knowledge.
- Experience in directing and supervising production process.
- Ability to lead and drive continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Management System.
- Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for determining the best and most efficient users of resources, including equipment and labor to meet production goals.
- Train and evaluate workers, need to manage and motivate the staff, monitoring them to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements.
- Monitor the progress of production, meet regularly with production teams and manage to analyze any problems to ensure cost effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
- ISO steering committee and ensure action have been taken place for approved procedure.
- Attend and proactively participate in meetings related to operations
- Any immediate duties assign by Superior.
Work Location : Plot 41, Medan Tasek, Kawasan Perindustrian Tasek, 31400 Ipoh. Perak
