- Good knowledge of IP microwave working for Layer-2 and Layer-3 type transmission
- Working on NMS for site visibility and service configurations
- Hands on experience for service migration
- Hands on experience for Microwave links installation and commissioning.
- Have a good experience of Swap projects process including the Microwave as well as RAN.
- Required good troubleshooting skills with preference of working experience in Operations Support
- Good communication skills for better coordination within the team and towards customer as well.
