Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Judicial Dockets Clerk to join our team. As a Judicial Dockets Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date court records, reviewing public records to identify updates to cases and documenting them, and providing administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Court Records Maintenance: Manage and maintain court records in our system based on information found online, including case files, pleadings, and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with court procedures and retention policies.
2) Document Control: File, retrieve, and distribute court documents as required, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality of sensitive information.
3) Customer Service: Interact professionally, providing accurate information and assistance regarding court procedures and deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1) Bachelor's Degree in any field. Strong preference given to candidates with Legal Studies, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a legal setting.
2) Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a legal administrative role, preferably within a judicial setting.
3) Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
4) Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and with the relevant stakeholders.
5) A team player who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating a commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.
