We are looking for a highly motivated and target driven HR & Talent Recruitment to be part of our team. You'll play a crucial role in driving the company growth together.

• Good with number and SQL software system
• Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
• Computer literate and numerate
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibility

• Recruitment talent acquisition
• Provide training & development strategy
• Execute end to end recruitment process
• Provide training on development team member
• Assist to handle all accounting, clerical, and administrative functions of the Finance and Admin Department
• Responsible for establishing and improving HR management mechanism, providing HR support, including training and development, performance appraisal, salary and benefits system, employee handbook, onboarding, offboarding procedures and etc to meet and align with business development needs.
• Handle accounting data entry, matching of accounting documents, and other day-to-day operations of accounting functions for the cross-company
• Actively source, identify and attract candidates by job portal, network contacts, social media and etc.
• Conduct on line interview with candidate
• Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed, labeled, and kept for future reference
