● Able to handle a full set of multiple accounts.

● Manage day-to-day accounting functions and monthly accounts closing.

● Perform reconciliation of revenue transactions with bank receipts and to coordinate with Operations to resolve the discrepancies.

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

● Manage invoices, payments, and receipts.

● Ensure bank statements align with company records.

● Prepare month end reconciliation accounts.

● Assist in the company's annual audit activities and tax matters including processing tax return.

● Liaise with bankers, company secretary, auditors, etc.

● Oversee of AP payment process and general filling.

● Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.

● Maintain organized office management.

● Provide general administrative support as needed.

● Assist in other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time
