Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Diverse Accounts:
  • Handle the full spectrum of accounts for clients spanning various industries, providing you with exposure to a wide range of business dynamics.
• Payroll Preparation:
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for our esteemed clients, demonstrating your attention to detail and compliance with regulations.
• SST Submission:
  • Prepare and submit SST returns for clients, contributing to their seamless compliance with tax requirements.
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead by example by allocating, monitoring, and reviewing the work of team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work culture.
• Client Engagement:
  • Present and elucidate management accounts and account analysis to clients, showcasing your ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
• Stakeholder Liaison:
  • Collaborate with clients, auditors, tax agents, secretaries, and statutory authorities to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification:
  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent, demonstrating your commitment to the field.
• Language Skills:
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, facilitating seamless communication in our multicultural work environment.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office suite is essential for effective task execution.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, showcasing your seasoned expertise.
• Software Familiarity:
  • Experience with MYOB & Autocount Software or any accounting software is advantageous, enhancing your suitability for the role.
