JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee all 3 Quality Control stages (IQC, IPQC, FQC)
  • Ensure product quality to meet customer expectation and minimize customer complaints.
  • Assure the reliability and consistency of production by quality control at all stage processes until the final output.
  • Conducting analytical tests: Preparing samples in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conducting analytical tests on materials and finished products, following specific protocols, and providing timely and high-quality data reports that document test results.
  • Quality Control Processes: Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for incoming raw materials and outgoing finished products. Establish and monitor in-process quality control measures to identify and address issues during production.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality assurance activities. Ensure that all quality-related documents, such as certificates of analysis, are properly maintained.
  • Customer Complaints and Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality. Implement corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of quality issues.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess risks related to product quality and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. Implement risk management tools and techniques to enhance overall product quality.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse data related to quality metrics and key performance indicators. Use statistical tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Communication: Communicate with cross-functional teams and management, regarding quality issues and initiatives. Collaborate with production and other departments to ensure a holistic approach to quality management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, products, and quality systems. Implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformance.
  • Audits and Inspections: Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and adherence to quality standards.
  • Training quality control personnel: Building a strong work unit by training quality control personnel.
  • Complying with ISO accreditation requirements: Well verse in ISO and to conduct internal audit, management review meetings and replying to external auditors on any NCRs arising.
  • Any other assignments given by the management from time to time.

文档和记录保存:维护质量保证活动的准确和最新文档。确保所有与质量相关的文档,如分析证书,得到适当的维护。

客户投诉和解决方案:调查和解决与产品质量有关的客户投诉。实施纠正措施,以防止质量问题的再次发生。

风险管理:识别和评估与产品质量相关的风险,并制定减轻这些风险的策略。实施风险管理工具和技术,以提高产品质量。

数据分析:分析与质量指标和关键绩效指标相关的数据。使用统计工具识别趋势和改进机会。

沟通:就质量问题和倡议与跨部门团队和管理层沟通。与生产和其他部门合作,确保对质量管理采取全面的方法。

持续改进:识别流程,产品和质量体系的持续改进机会。实施纠正和预防措施,以解决不符合问题。

审计和检查:进行内部审计,评估QMS的有效性和对质量标准的遵守。

培训质量控制人员:通过培训质量控制人员建立强大的工作单位。

遵守ISO认证要求:熟悉ISO,进行内部审核,管理审查会议,并回复外部审计员的任何NCR。

• 管理层不时指派的其他任务。

Job Specification:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any engineering field or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in similar capacity in manufacturing environment.
  • Good command of written and spoken in Mandarin & English.
  • Good experience and knowledge in ISO
  • Independent, analytical, resourceful, able to articulate ideas well, enjoy problem solving & challenges with positive work attitude and approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Good team player with good verbal and written communication skill.

•在制造环境中具有至少3年类似职位的工作经验

•独立、分析能力强、善于发现资源、能够清晰表达思想、喜欢解决问题和应对挑战,具有积极的工作态度和方法。

•能够处理多项优先事项,并能够在压力的环境下工作。

•良好的团队合作精神,具备良好的口头和书面沟通能力。
