- Act as field technician for field operation (both onshore and offshore) in providing Solid Control services to client.
- Maintaining and operating solids control equipment as per customer specifications (centrifuge, cutting dryer package, auger, pumping package, filtration, desilters, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and repair of equipment
- Assisting with the rigging up and rigging down of solids control equipment
- Maintain accurate service logs, customer paperwork and safety documents as per customers’ specifications
- Assemble and prepare equipment for installation and service
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform all work in accordance with client established quality standards and safety procedures
- Ability to react professionally and efficiently based on Customer needs
- Demonstrate Safe & Professional Work Practices at all times
- Advice the supervisor on all operational matters in job preparation.
- To act as liaison for logistics matters involving overall solid control equipment packages and other consumable shipment from supplier, client and other third party.
- Perform the maintenance and integrity of assets to ensure fitness for operation.
- Communicate with supervisor/ base manager and support staff to ensure all the matters related to job preparation are well coordinated (procurement, modification to equipment, fabrication, safety gears and etc)
- Ensure all the consumable and parts of solid control are stocked periodically to support the operation.
- Assist on inventory and stock take and management.
