Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist accounts payable, accounts receivables, and other related daily tasks.
• Handle daily accounting related transaction including data entry, purchasing, invoicing and payments.
• Assist in dealing with bank transaction / company secretary and business operation related documentations management
• Monitor and follow up on debtor/creditor payments
• Handle general office documentation and administrative tasks
• Assist in administration task
• Undertakes any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
• Good verbal and written proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia is a must, added advantage for Mandarin speaking.
• Detail-oriented and highly organised.
