Responsibilities

  1. Engage with customers to uncover customer pain points and opportunities through in-depth consultations. Leverage your technical knowledge to assess their current network infrastructure and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Design and propose customized network solutions that perfectly align with each customer's unique needs.
  3. Craft compelling technical presentations and detailed Bill of Materials (BOMs) to showcase the value proposition.
  4. Captivate audiences with clear and concise presentations, translating intricate technical concepts into language that resonates with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  5. Collaborate seamlessly with the sales team throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial qualification to proposal development and close. Deliver impactful presentations during sales meetings, leading technical discussions and confidently answering customer inquiries.
  6. Partner with the sales team to develop winning proposals and respond to Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
  7. Bridge the gap between pre-sales and post-sales teams, ensuring solution clarity and cost analysis throughout the entire customer journey.
  8. Participate in proof-of-concept (POC) activities to validate solution feasibility and performance.
  9. Stay at the forefront of the ever-evolving networking landscape, constantly learning and expanding your knowledge of the latest technologies and trends.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 3+ years of experience in a network infrastructure role (presales, post-sales, installation engineer, etc.).
  2. In-depth understanding of network architectures, protocols, and solutions (e.g., routing, switching, security).
  3. Hands-on experience with network equipment and technologies from leading vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, etc.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor technical content to a variety of audiences.
  5. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Passion for exceeding customer expectations and delivering exceptional service.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
