Human Resources Executive - #10505959

• To execute recruitment and selection process that optimizes human resource requirements for the group.
• To ensure all daily HR and Admin operations are executed on timely basis.
• To assist for payroll functions including time attendance management, leave management, allowances, and OT claims.
• To liaise with respective government statutory bodies for related matters i.e. EPF, SOCSO, Labour Office.
• To maintain and oversee office supplies and security matters of the office.
• Other Ad-hoc tasks that are assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Preferably candidates with related working experience.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and written in English, Malay, Mandarin.
• Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, training and development, employee / industrial relations, performance management, and Malaysian respective employment laws.
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
