Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive annual promotion plans to increase sales
2. Plan and implement conference activities; transmit Company policies and promote products effectively to existing and potential customers
3. Train the respective internal and external personnel enabling them to promote products, brands, etc. efficiently
4. Research customer needs and formulate marketing support policies, such as end-to-end promotional or advertising supports
5. Undertake business needs and assist the Company in completing various promotion needs resourcefully
6. Responsible for supplier management, liaising and cooperating with outsourcing companies to complete promotional related matters
7. Handle other ad-hoc matters that may be assigned to you from time to time

Requirements:

1. Possesses Diploma / Degree in Marketing or its equivalent studies
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in event management and execution
3. Proficiency in both written and spoken of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin language
4. Proven ability to plan and coordinate events with all level of people
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Applicants with experience in home appliances or advertising industry are more preferred
