Manager, Actuarial Pricing - #10506308

• Ensure all actuarial tasks are carried out in accordance to BNM guidelines and generally accepted actuarial principles.
• Be accountable for product pricing within the overall product approval process.
• Seek reinsurance arrangement and negotiate reinsurance terms for new product.
• Ensure sales and marketing collaterals contain appropriate information and disclosure to consumer and complies with BNM guidelines.
• Oversee new products implementation on policy admin system and sales illustration systems.
• Supervise, develop and train actuarial staff.
• Ensure the adoption of actuarial best practices within pricing team.
• Provide actuarial advice to other departments including agency, bancassurance, finance, risk management, marketing and operations.

Job requirements:

• Nearly qualified Actuary.
• At least 7 years of Actuarial related work experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory role in Actuarial Department of Life Insurance Company.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Prophet.
