Job Description:
As a Personal Assistant to the CEO at Restoran Green View, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our executive office. You will work closely with our CEO, providing proactive administrative support and facilitating seamless communication across various departments. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Organizing and prioritizing incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Drafting, editing, and proofreading documents, presentations, and reports as required.
- Assisting with travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for business trips.
- Preparing agendas and taking minutes during executive meetings.
- Conducting research and compiling data to support decision-making processes.
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and other departments on special projects as assigned.
- Providing general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
- Adapting to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Cheerful and positive demeanor with the ability to maintain a professional attitude at all times.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
- High level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.
