Principal Responsibilities (Human Resource)
- Responsible for entire recruitment process such as interview arrangement, conduct / jointly conduct interview with respective hiring manager(s), selection of candidate for hire and prepare letter of appointment.
- Conduct induction program for all new employees
- Conduct exit interview for all resigned employees
- Maintain and ensure safe keeping of staff records in KK. To update staff personal records as and when required.
- To manage staff disciplinary issues and grievances.
- Ensure staff adhered to the Company’s Policy at all times. Disciplinary actions staff be imposed to those violating the Company’s Policy.
- Administer and manage staff leave by using E-leave system.
- To plan, propose, coordinate, monitor training program according to the organization’s policy.
- To manage work permit application and renewal for employees from Peninsular Malaysia or from Overseas.
Principal Responsibilities (Administration)
- Ensure company’s administrative matters are carried out promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor the preparation of purchase orders for general purchase on timely manner.
- To maintain and update fixed assets inventory list for entire office.
- Monitor office sundries and stationery inventory to ensure no wastage.
- Manage and monitor the issuance of staff uniforms
